How safe is it to pay by credit card at Fanklinusa.com?It's perfectly safe; the credit card transaction is done through PayPal. All the information we send over the Internet is encrypted and secure. Do you share my private information with anyone else? No. At no time will we sell or broker any of the information we receive from you to any third parties. We will use it only for our own internal purposes and, where appropriate, to contact you directly. Do I have to pay sales tax? If you are shipping to Florida (where Fanklinusa.com is located), you'll have to pay sales tax. Otherwise, no. Are all the products new? Yes. Each and every one of our products are brand new from the manufacturer. I received the package but where is my receipt? The confirming email you received after order placement can be used as an official receipt to redeem any coupons, rebates, warranties, etc. Simply print it out and submit it to the manufacturer. How much do you charge for shipping? Purchases of $0 - $49.99 = $5.00 Purchases of $50 - $99.99 = $10.00 Purchases of $100 - $199.99 = $15.00 Purchases of $200 and over = $20.00 How long will it take to receive the items I ordered? Delivery times typically range from 5-10 days but we ask that you allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery. Most of our products are shipped using standard ground transportation. Larger products that require special handling (like refrigerators) may take longer. Can I get overnight shipping? Not right now. We will be implementing this shipping option in the future. Do you ship overseas? Franklinusa.com only ships within the contiguous U.S. Can I have a product delivered to a PO box? Sorry. Fanklinusa.com does not currently ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses within the United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. We also cannot ship to international addresses. Do you honor manufacturer's warranties? Manufacturer's warranties are (by definition) between you and the manufacturer. Most warranties require you to show proof of purchase, which your order confirmation can serve as. If you've lost your original order confirmation, you can email us at any time at cservice@franklinusa.com What about rebates? If the product you purchase from us has a rebate, you should receive a paper copy of the rebate form when you get the product. It is your responsibility to complete and submit the rebate forms to the manufacturer within the allowed time period. What is your return policy? Most merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of order date. If the product is defective, of course, we'll be happy to refund your money or replace the product. |
